This spa day has all the benefits of the Nutritional workshop above and you are in the care of a Naturopath for the whole day and the emphasis will be on cleansing, building, relaxing and healing the mind, soul & body. This day is tailored and designed with your specific health needs in mind. (Fibromyalgia, sleep problems, pain, emotional and physical stress, acid- -alkaline issues, etc.) Come in for the day or just a morning of rejuvenation and healing…so you can handle life again!!
